Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
Enriched bleached flour, (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin) artificial blueberry nuggets (dextrose, partially hydrogenated soybean oil and cottonseed oil, citric acid, cellulose gum, maltodextrin, pectin, artificial flavor, blue #1, red #40), sugar, soya flour, corn sugar, powdered buttermilk, vegetable shortening (soya or cottonseed), corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, powdered whole egg, sodium acid pyrophosphate, salt, monocalcium phosphate.

Cooking Instructions
Add 1/2-3/4 cup water, mixing slowly. For fluffier pancakes add less water. Batter should be slightly lumpy. Pour onto hot skillet; cook 1-1/4 minutes on each side, turning once. Let batter sit a few minutes for better hydration of the blueberries.
